Technically, the client runs on your Mac and you can access IRC from Mobile Safari on your iPhone. However, this is still technically just using a web-interface. As far as web-interfaces go, you can also use http://chat.mozor.net which is iPhone compatible. Furthermore, once an IRC client for the iPhone is released, I will work on making a mobile version of the Mozor website! I added the iPhone client for Colloquy to the list.
